    Terms & Conditions

    • Intellectual Property: The artist retains full copyright ownership of all submitted materials. Permission is granted for use in content creation and promotion related to this service.

    • Renewal & Cancellation: This service is valid for the selected subscription period with no automatic renewal. Work begins after full payment. Payments are non-refundable once strategy work has started.

    • Creative Direction & Revisions: One minor revision per post/reel is included after approval. Major concept changes are not included after approval.

    • Delivery & Responsibility: The artist agrees to provide materials on time. No guarantees are made regarding algorithm performance, engagement, or growth metrics.
