• Artists retain copyright but allow Art Queens Gallery to use images of the artworks for exhibition promotion purpose.

• In the case of a digital exhibition, the artwork will be displayed on a screen, in rotation alongside other participating artists.

• 0% commission applies on sales facilitated by Art Queens Gallery.

• Participation fees are non-refundable unless Art Queens Gallery cancels the exhibition due to unforeseen circumstances; in such case, artists will be offered an alternative opportunity or a fee refund.

• Art Queens Gallery reserves the right to postpone the exhibition date if there are not enough participating artists to meet the requirements of the event, or in case of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Artists are responsible for arranging their own insurance if desired. Art Queens Gallery holds no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to artworks.

• Bring your artwork in person: on April 10 at 2:00 PM to Carrousel du Louvre, Paris. If unsold, you must collect it on April 12 at 7:00 PM from the same location.

• Or shipping: we can arrange round-trip shipping from your country to the exhibition at extra cost. Email us your work size & weight for exact price.
