Exhibition Details

• The Metaverse exhibition will run for a duration of 1 month.

• The digital billboard advertisement in New York City will feature the artist’s work in a 1-minute loop per hour, running 24 hours for a day.

• The billboard dimensions are 55 ft x 31 ft, and the artist agrees to have their artwork displayed in rotation alongside other participating artists.

Terms & conditions:

• All artworks must be original creations by the participating artist.

• By participating, artists grant Art Queens Gallery the right to use images of their artworks for promotional purposes across all media.

• Artists retain copyright but allow Art Queens Gallery to use images of the artworks for exhibition promotion purpose.

• 100% of sales go to the artist. Art Queens Gallery takes no commission.

• Participation fees are non-refundable unless Art Queens Gallery cancels the exhibition due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, artists will be offered an alternative opportunity or a fee refund.

• In case of unavailability or technical issues with the scheduled billboard, Art Queens Gallery reserves the right to change the billboard provider. This may result in adjustments to the size or frequency of the artwork’s appearance, provided that the artist’s work is displayed at least once as part of the campaign.

• Art Queens Gallery reserves the right to postpone the exhibition date if there are not enough participating artists to meet the requirements of the event.
