WOMEN IN LOUVRE
EXHIBITION CONCEPT:
The Salon International d’Art Contemporain, held at Carousel du Louvre since 1993, is one of Paris’s oldest and most prestigious art fairs — now celebrating 32 years.
After the success of our first edition, Art Queens Gallery proudly returns with Women in Louvre II: a landmark exhibition honoring the achievements of contemporary women artists.
EXHIBITION CONCEPT
At the heart of Paris, where history and art intertwine, Women in Louvre stands as a tribute to the immense contributions of women in the art world. Hosted within the prestigious Salon International d’Art Contemporain at Carrousel du Louvre, this exhibition is more than a display of artistic excellence—it is a statement, a movement, and a celebration of female creativity across generations and cultures.
Throughout history, the voices of women artists have often been underrepresented or overlooked. Women in Louvre seeks to rewrite this narrative by providing a platform where their stories, visions, and creative expressions take center stage. This exhibition brings together a distinguished selection of female artists whose works reflect resilience, identity, and empowerment. Through painting, sculpture, fashion, and mixed media, these artists weave personal and collective narratives that transcend time and geography.
By situating this exhibition within the walls of one of the world’s most iconic cultural palaces, we honor the legacy of women in art while carving a path for the future. Women in Louvre is not just an exhibition—it is a historic milestone, an invitation to witness art history in the making.
